Returns & Refunds
If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch — I want you to be happy with your Lone Hoof purchase.
Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email lone_hoof@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving it with the subject line PRODUCT RETURN, including photo evidence of the damage.
Once approved, you may return the item and you’ll receive a full refund, excluding postage, once the return is received.

Change of mind
​
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let me know you’d like to return it.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued for the item cost only; return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the work, exchanges are not offered.

Made-to-order items
​
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
