Returns & Refunds
If something isn't quite right, please get in touch — I want you to be happy with your Lone Hoof purchase.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please email lone_hoof@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving it with the subject line PRODUCT RETURN, including photo evidence of the damage. Once approved, you may return the item and you'll receive a full refund, excluding postage, once the return is received.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let me know you'd like to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the item cost only; return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the work, exchanges are not offered.
Made-to-order items
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
